Our Thornberry Lodge is a great property for small and large groups alike. The property sleeps a large group in beds with 4 bathrooms. The double lot provides tons of outdoor space as well. The house features high ceilings, a spacious kitchen, rec room with huge TV & pool table and much more.
The hot tub in the back will not disappoint, and is cleaned before and after your stay.
The firepit area has benches for the group to sit and tell stories. The decks are furnished with log chairs and tables.
The house comes with 12 passes for the community lake beach/playground in the summer.
We love the location of the house, close to shopping, lake going, gaming and fun!
Please note there is a $200 linen fee at this property that is NOT INCLUDED in the Homeaway/VRBO charges. Please let your group know that the beds will be made and towels are in the laundry room. Payment arrangements will be sent to you upon booking.
This property is located in a community that requires the make/model and plate for all cars (5 allowed/more than that please discuss with owner), The car information must be turned into our bookkeeping office/owner 45 days prior to check-in -/or fines may occur.
