There is an 8 foot Connelly pool table, a 72” big screen TV in the living room and 3 other TVs as well as DVD players and VCR. There is a hot tub outside on the huge deck that can seat 7 people. The dining room table can sit 12 people and there is a huge kitchen with gas stove and granite countertops which is a dream to cook in. The house is about 7 miles from Camelback Mountain and 16 miles from Jack Frost Mountain. The house is about 4 miles from a huge outlet mall and only a few miles from NASCAR, horse back riding at Pocono Manor or Carsons and a number of public golf courses, a great paintball area called Skirmish and also a paintball area at Jack Frost Mountain in the off season. Camelbeach huge water park is only 7 miles away.

The community has an indoor and outdoor pool and lake beaches which as a renter you are allowed to purchase wristbands at $5 per day or $10 per person for the week. This also gives you access to the tennis courts and basketball courts. I need to provide you with paperwork to access these.

The Master Bedroom has its own huge masterbath with a big tub (not a Jacuzzi tub). There is another full bath on that level and there is another full bath near the main floor bedrooms.

YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets are provided.
